You pay for what you get! I had water vaper contamination in both of my coaches' driving light fixtures and both fog light assemblies. I obtained replacement fixtures from the manufacturer 3 months prior to installation. I inquired at Cunningham Campers & Rvs and spoke with Mike in Service about the installation of "my" parts on to my coach ('14 Windsport). The response was enthusiastic. As we discussed my upcoming availability and their booked work schedule, it looked like I was about 3 weeks away from getting the work done. As Mike (mgr) looked over his workload, he inquired what my schedule looked like in 2 days The work was booked and scheduled. On the day of arrival, I met with Mike who introduced me to Kevin, the Service Technician. Kevin and I briefly discussed the job and work was started immediately.I highly recommend this business based on my outstanding experience. I had several conversations with Kevin as the work progressed discussing the issues, ideas for preventative maintenance, and the difficulty of where these assemblies where located. The facility was very clean, organized, staffed with courteous techs and sales team.No photos due to inclement weather. But the Headlights are the best ever!Thank you Mike, Kevin, and the entire Cunningham Campers & RVs crew!

We purchased our first ever camper from Larry at Cunningham campers. We were not sure if our family would like camping so started out in a small Jay Flight entry level camper. Fast forward almost a year and we are back working with them again on a larger Jay Feather model. In both situations we were treated great and any questions or concerns were answered. Their knowledge about the product they sell is amazing. The entire process was pain free, I wish I could purchase everything from them! The trade in was easy and fair and moving to the new camper was fast and efficient. No extra charges or fees that you hear about from other dealers. During the delivery inspection the staff even noticed something that I didn't even pay attention to. They did not have to do it but want to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Parts ordered and the installation was completed in a day as we were going on a camping trip that weekend. This was with two people calling in sick..very impressive. The first camper was flawless and so far the new one has been too. I believe this is due to their attention to detail and wanting to stand behind the product they sell. We are very proud of our Jayco and refer anyone we meet to Cunningham's for the best in service and price.

Great service and attitude. Our coach heat pump went out while visiting in KY. They had a difficult time getting a new unit but worked very diligently on my behalf. Had it fixed almost immediately after the part arrived. Kept me in the loop the whole time. A special thanks to Mike in service. Job well done. Not very many businesses left like this in our country.
