I initially scored them a 2* due to some problems with the camper that was unseen and overlooked. However after talking to the owner and resolving the issues and making things right , they truly do care about customer satisfaction so I bump them up to a 4

Were first time camper owners and had been referred by some friends. We went check a few out but things didn't work out on our end. A few weeks later we went to another place and only was on there lot for 10 min (customer service terrible and they did not show us what we wanted nor needed) as we were leaving my wife and I decided to stop by and see Larry and his staff again. Just happened they had a few other choices and this time were able to get things worked out on our end. When we picked it up they walked me thru everything anything that we questioned they fixed and even showed me how to tow excellent service these guys even stayed later than schedule to make sure we were comfortable. I have called a few times and they already know me by name (not sure if that is good or bad). They have made the experience great and I recommend anyone looking for a camper to come see them and don think you will ever want to go anywhere else. Honest and truthful family owned business.
