Took my Crossroads Cruiser in to get seals replaced on slides and possible water damage. They called and said damage was too extensive and wasnt worth fixing. So I went to pick it up and even though I wasnt getting anything fixed the service tech took the time to show me photos of the damage and offered suggestions on getting through the season. Thanks for friendly service and honesty in the analysis!
These people treat preowned shoppers as if they have the plague. Sales person was all over us headed out the door to show us around until we informed him that we were looking to buy a small, preowned travel trailor in around $15,000 price range. He stopped in his tracks and turned us over to another sales person (who was clearly in the middle of working with other shoppers.) We looked around ourselves for an hour with no reps in sight. We decided to just leave, and not one person acknowledged our leaving or thanked us for stopping in. I would never reccomend anyone to shop there looking to buy without being ready to spend at least $20-$25K on a small preowned travel trailor.

Luke is the best! We were traveling through town and needed parts for our septic. Luke took a look at our trailer and got all of the parts we needed. The service department was not ableto squeeze us in, so Luke went the extra step and put all the pieces together and gave me detailed instructions on how to install it. He was a life saver. Thank you Cunningham and Luke!!
